Service Description

Shampoo is included. The first retie will address any slippage, unraveled ends, etc. Subsequent reties will incur additional fees. Reties involve maintaining various types of locs, typically microlocs, by tightening new growth with the interlocking method. 'Retightening' is the full term, often shortened to 'retie.' For Micro Locs, retightening is usually recommended every four to six weeks. It's important to keep an eye on the new growth at the roots. Significant growth or loose hairs can signal the need for a retie.

Cancellation Policy

Reschedule Policy: You can reschedule by calling me up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment. You must reschedule on the same day you call for a new appointment date/time. Your reservation fee will be applied to the new appointment. If you do not reschedule a new appointment on that day, you will lose your reservation fee. You are permitted only one reschedule with your paid deposit. The reschedule must fall between the original date and the next full calendar month. If you are trying to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will need to rebook a new appointment, resulting in the forfeiture of your first deposit. Cancellation Policy: You may call or text me to cancel your appointment within 24 hours. Please note that your deposit will be voided. While I understand that unexpected situations can arise, please remember that time and supplies have been secured and must be compensated for. Late Arrivals: Our appointments are based on the amount of time needed to complete your service. Arriving late will push back my schedule, and you may need to alter the style to fit the shorter time block. Please arrive on time for your appointment. A $20 late fee will be applied to your balance if you arrive late to your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will need to call to ensure it is still okay to come.
