PLEASE READ

Deposits:

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the error is mine. They go towards the service total.

  • NO CALL NO SHOW = NO REBOOKING

Payments:

  • Payment balance is accepted via Zelle, cash, or credit card. Payments made with a credit card will incur a 3% card fee.

Appointment Guidelines:

  • Please do not bring any extra people who are not being serviced.

  • Reserve an appointment for each service you are getting to ensure enough time is blocked to service you.

  • If you do not see the time you are trying to book, send us a message. We may be able to adjust the time if our schedule permits.

  • If you are trying to reach us, please call or text (773) 552-3289 Tuesday through Saturday between the hours of 9am-7:30pm. Calls or texts before or after business hours will be answered during scheduled hours or the next day.

  • We are closed Sunday and Monday. Please refer all questions to the message page on the site, and they will be answered there.

Health and Safety:

  • If you are sick, please reschedule.

RESCHEDULE POLICY

You can reschedule by calling me up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
You must reschedule on the same day you call for a new appointment date/time. Your reservation fee will be applied to the new appointment.
If you do not reschedule a new appointment on that day, you will lose your reservation fee.
You are permitted only one reschedule with your paid deposit. The reschedule must fall between the original date and the next full calendar month.
If you are trying to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will need to rebook a new appointment, resulting in the forfeiture of your first deposit.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may call or text me to cancel your appointment within 24 hours. Please note that your deposit will be voided.
While I understand that unexpected situations can arise, please remember that time and supplies have been secured and must be compensated for.

 

LATE POLICY

  • Our appointments are based on the amount of time needed to complete your service. Arriving late will push back my schedule, and you may need to alter the style to fit the shorter time block. Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • A $20 late fee will be applied to your balance if you arrive late to your scheduled appointment time.

  • If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will need to call to ensure it is still okay to come.
